Ramafala Ramatshosa – Group Executive Legal
Ramafala holds an LLB and is currently registered for LLM in Labour law with University of North West, Potchefstroom campus. Prior to commencing his LLB studies he worked as a paralegal for five years at Shongwe Nkwane Attorneys. During that period he accumulated experience in drafting of legal opinions and pleadings. He has assisted clients and appeared before CCMA for Labour disputes. He also assisted clients with prosecution of disciplinary proceedings. Having passion for Labour law and human resources has seen him pursue LLM in that field. He started his articles at Center for Community Law Development in January 2012 until July 2012, and then later continued his articles at Legal Aid South Africa from August 2012 to July 2013. It was during his stay at Legal Aid South Africa where he conducted workshops for teachers across the Free State province and gave legal advice to residents of Tlokwe through the local radio station.
