Nonhlanhla Jiyane – Group Executive Audit

Jiyane a chartered accountant by training and a former auditing lecturer, is an assessor of South Africa’s Tax Court and holds a Masters Degree in Taxation from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She is a former project manager for special projects at the South African Revenue Service. Before joining the accounting profession, Jiyane worked as a cost and laboratory analyst at Shell & BP Lubricants.   She is currently a non-executive chairman of Kwezi Software Solutions and is a non-executive director on the board of the Black Chartered Accountants Practitioners. She is also a member of the finance committee at the National Energy Regulator (NERSA). Jiyane previously sat on the boards of Afrimat Ltd, Postbank, Alexkor Ltd, PetroSA, and Pan African Mineral Development Company (PAMDC).
