Phuti is an experienced business leader and accountant with diverse background in Banking, Financial Accounting and Taxation. She started her career in banking, giving exposure to the small to medium sized businesses under her portfolio, servicing their banking needs. These clients cut across various industries, making her very versatile and agile. Phuti also worked as Managing Director at Btmt Capital. This has enabled her to foster a great company culture while ensuring results through others. Her role now includes strategy crafting, measurement and evaluation of the effectiveness. Phuti holds BCom – Accounting – Wits; BCom Hons - Accounting – UFS; Leadership Program – Duke University.
