Sungeetha has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources with a history of successfully developing & leading the people agenda & HR function for large business areas ranging between 1 000 to 12 000 people. Her strengths lie in developing & implementing business aligned people strategies to deliver against complex contexts and in facilitating the integration of people related outcomes through multi- disciplinary HR teams. Sungeetha’s focus on business strategy realization is evident in her customer orientated & outside – in approach to people strategy development and her ability to integrate a people agenda (across HR disciplines) that drives business results vs. standalone activity.
