Netvest Group of Companies, is led by a remarkable business woman, Busisiwe Mdletshe, who has an equally remarkable story and is an inspiration to any entrepreneur, determined to succeed. Busisiwe is proudly mentored by Phuthi Mahanyele-Dabengwa, the CEO of Naspers.
At the outset of her career, she worked as a trainee accountant serving her South African Institute of Chartered Accountants articles with one of the prestigious auditing firms, PWC, and later as a Financial Accountant with Mercantile Bank of Lisbon. She worked her way up through the ranks culminating in a highly-respected position which she held at the South African Revenue Service (SARS) where she headed up a team of financial investigators and auditors. Upon leaving SARS, in 2014 she started her own accounting and tax practice based in Sandton, Btmt Capital, which is a subsidiary of Netvest Group of Companies.

Kym Fullgrabe heads Netvest international investments office. He previously worked as the Australian Government Senior Trade and investment Commissioner for Africa where he managed a network of offices in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and Mauritius. His principal responsibility was to promote trade and investment between Australia and Africa.
Prior to this role, Kym was the Australian Government Senior Trade Commissioner for Brazil and Consul General for the State of Sao Paulo. There he was responsible for promoting trade, investment and education opportunities between Australia and Brazil, as well as consular and passport functions in Sao Paulo. Prior to this position, Kym was Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner based in London, with regional responsibilities for the UK, Ireland and Israel.
Before joining the Australian Trade Commission in 2009, Kym spent 12 years as the Managing Director of a private investment and consulting company with business interests in Australia, Brazil, China, Russia, USA and central Europe. He was also a Founder of Orionspace Internacionale SA and Jet Textiles Limitada, both companies operating in Brazil. Kym has also held Senior Executive Service positions in the Industry Ministry of the Australian Federal Government, served on the Boards of companies and government organisations and has worked at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris.
